Established in 2010 FOODAM| Food Design & Art Museum is the first museum in the world dedicated to the design and artistic expressions of food and its imaginary: from processes of production and distribution to body sushi, from industrial products to the applied arts.
Thanks to a critical and analytical approach of modernity and cultural insights to the arts and gastronomic stories FOODAM develops events and projects for the promotion and innovation of food acts.
Send us your projects, your products and your vision on the world of food. The goal is to involve designers, companies, artists, schools, and show off how create and design in the food world is complex, interesting and necessary in our era.
